Biography

Andy Barr was born on July 24, 1973, in Lexington, Kentucky. He earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He worked as an attorney before being elected to Congress in 2012. He received the endorsement of President Donald Trump for the Senate race.
