Biography
Ashley Hinson was born on June 27, 1983, in Des Moines, Iowa. She earned her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Iowa. She worked as a television news reporter and anchor before being elected to the Iowa House of Representatives in 2016. She was elected to Congress in 2020. She was endorsed by President Donald Trump and Sen. Joni Ernst for the Senate race.
