Biography

Jennifer Ann Kiggans was born in Virginia. She earned her B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy and her M.S.N. from Vanderbilt University. She served as a U.S. Navy helicopter pilot from 1993 to 2003. She worked as a geriatric nurse practitioner and served as adjunct faculty. She served in the Virginia State Senate from 2020 to 2023. She was elected to Congress in 2022 and re-elected in 2024.
