Julia Janelle Letlow is an American politician and academic administrator serving as the U.S. Representative for Louisiana's 5th congressional district since 2021. She is the first Republican woman to represent Louisiana in the U.S. House. She holds a Ph.D. in communications from the University of South Florida.
